How to Install python-pywt software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-pywt software package provides Python extension implementing of wavelet transformations, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-pywt

python-pywt is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-pywt package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-pywt *
